Spunky. Energetic. Passionate. These are just a few words that describe Debbie Lewandowski and her public persona. President Debbie Lewandowski started Spotlite in response to the need of small businesses to have promotional resources available at a reasonable cost. Simply put, our ClientSpotters are “salespeople for rent.”
 
With a degree in Organization Behavior and Media Communications from University of Pittsburgh, Debbie got her first "real job" with a local Pittsburgh bank where she acted as the sales and service specialist in a grocery store branch. Debbie was consistently the top performing sales person in the branch.
 
Debbie cut her teeth in advertising and marketing at Young Company in Santa Monica, CA where she was known as always having a passion for networking, meeting new people and being able to find the cure for their sales and marketing “pains.”

Since that time, Debbie has served in a variety of positions with a common thread – working with people to help companies grow. Promoting has always been second nature to her.
